Massage OPTI•MIST Balm into the affected area 1 or more times daily. For nail fungus, ensure thorough saturation under the nail also. Re-apply as needed after washing or bathing. Patience and persistance are key to success.

Apply a liberal amount to each armpit after bathing. Spread the balm around the arm pit, ensuring thorough coverage. Re-apply as needed throughout the day for continued protection.
